Matthias Höhn was born in Düsseldorf. He studied musicology, history and linguistics at the University of Bonn. As a musician and composer he is an autodidact and he worked with a preference for many German theatres. Today he performs as a multi-instrumentalist with Jean Faure & orchestre and he is a teacher at a secondary school in Bonn.
