Dom Aiken an American composer growing up in Denver, Colorado. Spent the early part of his music career as a drummer/percussionist. Marching with the Troopers Drum and Bugle corps in 1995 and 1996, teaching marching percussion locally at Green Mountain High School and Columbine High School (1996-2000) and ten years performing with local rock bands in the late 90’s. Dom Studied music composition and piano classically at Metro State, Music Industry studies at CU Denver, then moved to Los Angeles to earn his degree in music composition from California Institute of the Arts, focusing on electronics, contemporary composition/orchestration and film scoring.
Dom now resides in Pasadena California, launching Domination World Music, a label that has released 3 studio projects to date.
In Los Angeles since 2005, Dom has assisted composers, sound designers and recording engineers in film, TV, video games and now writes for film, web series, concert music, producing recordings and publishing concert music.
