Description

With this new volume of the successful Mosaic series, the family of composers expands to 18 members! June Armstrong, Jason Sifford, James Welburn, Zsófia Faragó, Elizabeth Borowsky and Mehran Rouhani join the already-established team of Anna Blonksy; Jaap Cramer; Ben Crosland; Andrew Eales; Andrea Granitzio; Simon Hester; Sarah Konecsni; Alison Mathews; Christine Artemis Pappa; Paul Poston; Borislava Taneva; and the publisher, Nikolas Sideris.

This volume is geared towards the advanced pianist, as the level of difficulty is around grades 5-7. The pieces are also longer than previous volumes, with some reaching 4 pages in length. You’ll still encounter some single-page pieces, though!

This is a collection that is worth owning simply for the quality and beauty of the compositions, in addition to the educational value each piece delivers.
